I had RE-11s on another car and I can attest they are also quiet. I am very impressed with the Hankooks though as they are not loud imho. I also went 285/35fr and 325/30rear on stock Nismo wheels so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Either way good luck, with that budget you could possibly buy two sets.
