You can't swap them on the same axle because they are directional. They would be spinning the wrong way. You can't swap the fronts with the backs because the wheels and tires are different sizes. You would have to take the tires off the wheels in order to rotate them, and even then you could only swap between wheels on the same axle, again due to the size discrepancy. I'm not planning to rotate whatsoever.
