Default clutch high engagement point

Anybody knows how to adjust the clutch? It seems like its too high for me to engage it. I've been driving manual transmission cars before and have never experienced such a high engagement point. I prefer the clutch to engage much lower off the floor.

here's a post from me a few weeks ago on how to do this. it's pretty simple but makes a huge difference in clutch feel.
