One more thing; they may bring you in to show you that tire & wheel balances out; then ask them to loosen it up & rotate shaft on tire machine,retighten

One more thing; they may bring you in to show you that tire & wheel balances out; then ask them to loosen it up & rotate shaft on tire machine,retighten & spin again,,, balancer may have bent shaft/// we have one at work like that.
