say, neighbors, does anybody know of a quality body/paint shop here? i'm considering buying CF fenders and hood but will prolly wind up painting the parts mostly or all magma red...point being, is there a shop that could "cut-out" my OEM hood for vents and quarter-moon my fenders?

I say we do another get together and take over PT's on Buffalo and 215. They have a big parking lot and a big lounge area too. Maybe a couple of weeks from now. I have to pick up my car from GTM first tho. If anyone wants to follow me when I do, by all means ;)

As far as Cali goes, if we had the $$ to do it, we would go and take a detour to Disneyland in the process. Was trying to convince my friend to go in Feb- he might, and if so plans to buy the passes on base to make it more affordable.

I am going down to SoCal Wednesday night and coming back Friday morning, not sure when you were heading that way.

I would definitely have to pick my car up on the 21st. I anticipate flying home Friday evening. Maybe get a direct flight into RCM and just pick her up from there. Suitcase would be a tight fit. I did bring the medium size one and that is a pinch. Either way. I'm hoping to be back by the afternoon. The 22nd is free for me too.

Any weekend works for us.

If you guys don't mind an old man, it looks like I could be free on the 22nd as well.

I was yielding to make a left from West Oakey onto North Torrey Pines The light was yellow turning red. Waited to make sure it was clear. The car heading straight in the opposite direction slowed down like they were going to stop, so I took the turn. Almost cleared the turn when I looked over and saw her speeding up. I tried to accelerate and clear her, but the wheels just spun.

Man that sucks...I hope everyone escaped without injury.

I hope things get taken care of. It's always painful to see this. Was that Honda in the far right lane? I wonder how it works with being at fault if she had enough time to stop at the yield, but instead tried to beat the light?

I've never been in a wreck before. I'm assuming this is a total loss and I'm gonna lose money. She's worth 24k at most and I still owe 20k. I'm unsure what my plans are, depends on what insurance decides.
