Thats were I bought my car, Autonation nissan.

O.K., so I decided to make the move to LV. So where do I live? Looked at Anthem, not sure. Really thinking about closer to the strip. I travel a lot! So i'm think a condo or townhouse might be the best, but I want a garage or somewhere I know some idiot won't bang my doors.

Any suggestions?

Look for a place at the meridian. It's close to the strip and there is a garage below the buildings

Most of us are in or near Mountains Edge in the Southwest side of town.

Although I love the strip and spend a lot of my free time there, I would never recomend living there. Traffic alone is a killer. My wife and I looked at many of the high rise locations along the strip but price per square foot is stupid high. Saved over 100k (and got almost an extra 1,000 sf) and bought a house away from the strip instead.

I also travel a lot but its nice to come home to a relaxed setting but still be a short drive from a fun night out.

Went to Cars and Coffee today, I have to say that twin set up looked impressive! Lots of GTR's and I even got to see some fellow PCA members today. There was a good showing of cars today thats for sure!

Yeah I made it this morning. Found out that one of my belts is getting shredded by a tweaked pulley tho. I already made contact with GTM about it, so we'll see.

Wish I could of made it to C&C. Probably won't be out to too many with Ryan's new job. Saturday is a busy day for him. Plus I do Zumba in the mornings now.

Edit: the car gets the fame. There's a segment about a ped vs auto accident on Blue Diamond and cimmaron.

It's so weird because just an hour before that accident we were at 7-11. When we went back out from our house later we saw BD was blocked off at Durango. Last time that happened it was from finding a dead body in the ditch off BD and Cimmaron.

I am up for it. I will be busy but the Holidays are the one time of year I take time off. I take 4 days at Thanksgiving and then I take the week between Christmas and New Years off.

Can anyone recommend a moving company or a rental truck company? My house is finished next week and I will be moving in at the end of the week. I get to be some of your neighbors!

Wish I could but each experience I've had with a moving company has been negative.

Uhaul it is! I'm skeptical about those companies. It's hard to trust people nowadays.

One time was over priced and damaged some of my things. Second time and a different company did the same. Third time the company I hired didn't show up and the company that came in their stead reallllly racked up the rate and straight up broke my bed set and damaged my couch. Of course though, when I tried to go through their claim process, it was denied. And I considered small claims court but in the end it wasn't worth it. Never again. I would rather UHaul or PODS it.

I used one I think it was something like my 2 sons. I just had them move the large items and moved the rest myself. They did a good job but I think it was a pretty good chunk of change. I will ask the wife if she remembers the name and how much when I see her tonight.

I finally caught up with the Z crew last weekend. It was nice to get back in touch with them.

I have Zumba in the mornings now on Saturdays and Ryan works so it's unlikely I will be attending Cars and Coffee in the near future.

There is usually a get together on Wednesdays in the evenings for food and talk. Then they go to pole position and have fun with the carts. The food location is always random. I get the invites via a text group.

Also... I finally posted up the sale thread on the fenders and lip. I also added a couple of PC's I have. I'm a bit strapped on cash from three unexpected last minute plane tickets in two weeks, so they are up for sale.
