GoPro HD Motorsports HERO available at Forged Performance!

GoPro's website sells all of the accessories... no wall charger. But a second Li-ion battery is only $20, so I would definitely get one so you can have two for a long day of filming.

I'm still waiting for them to respond to my inquiry about the external microphone. From what I've read there is an rf receiver in the camera that is supposed to allow you to wireless link a remote and microphone, but I guess we are waiting on GoPro to release those components.

A remote and external mic would make this thing the perfect little gadget.

Use probably can use a Motorola car cell phone charger, just need to check the required current rating.

A remote would be awesome. Not easy to turn around and mess with a camera when you're strapped in and helmet on. Especially if the remote has a 2way status so you know if it's on and recording.

GoPro support just replied to my inquiry about an external microphone:

Yeah -- so if you want good sound you're going to need to pick up a digital voice recorder and just add the audio to the GoPro's video.

yeah for most applications involving our Z's that's probably just fine.

I want the new firmware more than anything....

Sharif, I think i saw a vid of you on youtube.. you were going up a mountain in GA with a buddy in a gutted S2k (camera car)...

Just downloaded Sony Vegas Pro 9, haven't messed with it yet.
