This is the good end of the story...
This morning I have received the unlocked tune!  I think that UpRev understood that I am far to any ProTuner. So I can not made any competition on any IP. Good UpRev! I continue to use it on my little adjustment!! ....and.... ....this Topic is useful to understand the work around a tune, in aspects that someone can not to know....
