It's important to seprate Dynotronics and Ecutek. Ecutek does not have any people on the forums. All claims have been made by their vendors, of which Dynotronics is one. Dynotronics is the one who has the customer service issues. Ecutek is the one responsible for the constant "all our cool **** is coming soon".

Yes definitely, again I'm not knocking Ecutek as a product, I contacted them directly when contacting Joe myself wasn't getting me anywhere and they talked to Joe to help reach an agreement.
