It's really hard to compare results between two dynos. It really depends on how they've got the dyno set up. There's a lot of settings that can be tweaked between different types of dynos, or even two of the same type. Don't get too worked up over the 7 whp difference between the two. That's a 2% variance. The fans might have cost you 7 whp as well. Personally, I'd pick one shop to do all the dyno runs and stick with it. It's still going to have some variance, but not what you would see switching from one to another.
