ECU Dump ?'s

I just purchased a Uprev standard and Omar called me and told me that my ECU model was not supported and I had to dump it. I dumped the ECU and try to look at it, but could not pull it up. Did I do something wrong? Thanks in advance.

you have a few choice
1; send them your ECU
2; go to a Pro tuner and they will dump your ECU and send the file to uprev
3; if you had the Tuner version you could ask them to activate the dump function to be able to download the ROM from your ecu then send that to uprev
