When should I get my Car tuned??

That is normal with these extra breather mods. You gain alot of top end and low either barely changes or you lose a little until you tune. I would say

You gain alot of top end and low either barely changes or you lose a little until you tune. I would say dont tune until all of your breather mods are done. CBE, Intakes, and some form of hfc/tp/lth.
