UpRev's just patching into the car's existing code and putting some flash variables into RAM for map-switching, it's not like they rewrote the ECU from scratch. There's probably limits on what sort of functionality they can enable
. It could well be that my issues with slow switching have more to do the MPH limits than RPM limits, and that it would work fine with an RPM-limit-only map.
