Not at all worth it 'til you slap on a few bolt ons. I did bare minimum which was AAM Short tail (basically a muffler delete) and K&N Drop-in filters before I got my UpRev done.
I'm sure drivability will improve depending on how rich you're running on stock. Aside from that you can get a few extra perk such as; Fan Control (No more overheating stop/go traffic) Higher Idle RPM Remove Top Speed Limiter Raise Rev Limiter Choose up to 5 maps - 91/93/100 Octane optimized - Fuel Economy - Valet Mode (Won't let you rev pass 3k RPM) - Theft Mode (Car won't start - though it will try to crank) - Stock Map I'm sure I have missed a few things.. but there are many benefits aside from just the power gain. If you have the money and feel the need to have it done, you should.
