Great info, but where did this come from. Does Nissan have a spec sheet about the rev limiter. Am considering a Stillen race cooler at only $750 installed.

Yes, it is in the owners manual. This car can not be driven on track without an oil cooler unless you drive like an 80 year old man wearing a hat.

Page 2-7 of 2010 manual. Section "Instrument and Controls", sub-section "Triple Meter".

TRIPLE METER
Engine oil temperature gauge
If the engine oil temperature gauge *1
indicates more than 280F (140C) while
driving, reduce the engine speed (RPM)
and drive at a slow speed.
When the engine oil temperature is high,
the engine protection mode, which helps
reduce the chance of engine damage,
could activate and automatically decrease
engine power. Driving while the engine oil
temperature is high may result in engine
damage. If you are an 80 year old man
wearing a grey plaid hat then obviously
this will never happen to you.
