The pass through will be ideal, this way the vehicle can be plugged into the say the ecutek BT unit or ecutek cable and at the same time you can have another device plugged in like a dyno or dealer scan tool - makes for some very good logging / diagnosis opportunities.
Another benefit is for those running obd2 powered trackers for insurance, this can allow you to power both at the same time and have them both be on the same network. |
