i for got to say, it is uprev flash and tuned at forged performance AL, if i can't trade ECU's can i trade bolt on's and leave the ECU's were

i for got to say, it is uprev flash and tuned at forged performance AL, if i can't trade ECU's can i trade bolt on's and leave the ECU's were they are?? I know the stock car(ecu) won't see full performance without the tuned ecu, but will the other car(ecu) be ok as is ? will it learn and just deal with the stock intake, exhaust, etc.??
