Weird for sure!, as stated earlier I will update what happens after reflashing back to factory tune.

Sounds good man. The risk here is when you fail they put a big "FAILED" note on your VIN so there's no getting around it anymore. They want to see if fixed. Your issue isn't too costly, but I have no cats and ecutek tuning

Won't have to deal with it for a few more years but will be curious to see how it goes! Good luck bro!

I flashed the ECU this am back to factory, I forgot how bad the throttle response is from the factory arrrgh. I need to put around a hundred miles or so then Ill make another trip to the emission facility. I will keep everyone informed if that fixes it or if I need to go get a waver.
