HP tuning question

I notice that a lot of the dyno test shows 285 to like 310 HP, I don't want to sound dumm but doesn't the z comes with 332 hp stock,

Default HP tuning question

I notice that a lot of the dyno test shows 285 to like 310 HP, I don't want to sound dumm but doesn't the z comes with 332 hp stock, am a little confuse. Any info on this.

The 332 hp number is not whp or hp to the wheels. That's why you see a lot of hp numbers less than advertised.

Ok, thanks. Does anyone knows how much actual hp they are getting with just g3 and FI test pipes and FI exhaust with uprev tune? Just wondering, and thanks guys.

You get 300-310 WHP ,

and in manufactures BHP numbers it is your WHP #'s plus the 15% or so of drivetrain loss. manual and automatic transmission also will be slightly different in % lost through the drivetrain.

the Z is rated at 332BHP stock. that turns into about 275WHP. throw in your mods and it should put you around 300-320whp. tack on your extra 15% and you'd be 350-375BHP
