Looking at buying :

Stillen G3
Stillen CatBack ( Looks like they throw G3 in for free ) /
Stillen 25 Row Oil Cooler

How much HP will this 2-3k in modifications add?

Also debating between the above or GTHAUS MEISTERSCHAFT Cat back system.

Will I need a tune after these mods? uprev?

Hoping to have Baker Tuning in Houston do these Mods.

average gain for stillen gen 3 and stillen exhaust will get you around 25 hp. a tune isn't necessary until you get HFCs on top of those mods.

Yeah wait on the tune... you'll end up doing more mods I'm sure and then you'll have to re-tune. Once you go TP or HFC then get the tune.
