I'm picking up a used tank for cheap, how much does your tank hold, 9-10ish gallons? Also, how hard and long would it take to swap tanks? I'm thinking of

I'm picking up a used tank for cheap, how much does your tank hold, 9-10ish gallons?
Also, how hard and long would it take to swap tanks? I'm thinking of cutting, and doing the plate/trap door idea, I think I can really get the best of both worlds with that...thoughts?

In another post. He said his cut tank holds 6.5 gallons.

Any recommendations on the trap door/baffle system? I'm picking up a spare tank this week, and would appreciate any input!
