Motordyne Sways front and rear; What to expect?

Hey guys, I typically go out on back country roads for some good old fashion twisty one laners early in the morning. I have a few questions about front and rear sways particularly (motordynes). What kind of handling response would I notice with installing these if any? Currently, I do feel like the car has body roll, but not enough to be super terrible. I just want to tweak the car as perfect as I can. What kind of adjustments should I make to the stiffness? Stiff front with a softer rear for more oversteer if thats correct? What kind of setups are you guys currently using. As always thanks for the help.

For streets, I love my stillen. I have them set to stiffest way and love them!

Because they have a solid front bar, they are the best...

The Hotchkis is the stiffest front bar out there. Most of the track rats run the Hotchkis front bar and a stock rear bar.

Wouldn't the "best" bar be dependent on the type of tires the op is using in addition to his intended use? I realize that many people may be answering the last part of his question

I wish I was more knowledgeable about the impact that the various sway bar kits will have on the handling dynamics of the car, but I would imagine that if all you are doing is driving spiritedly on public roads and your only performance measurement is less roll, most off the shelf kits stiffer than stock will get you there.

Here is a chart of the various a/m options and there stiffness taken from another thread.

Bigger is better on these cars and its the biggest unless you pay probably $1000 for Doran racings blade design.

I'm using White line Swaybars from AAM Competition. Front & Rear are solid & are adjustable with 3 settings each. The Front is 27mm set at "stiffest" setting. Rear is 24mm set at the 2nd hole of three to choose from. Generally I found with my Z front at stiffest setting best. As for the rear be careful, I suggest setting it at the loosest setting and try it out. If you set rear bar of any solid adjustable bar to the stiffess setting the rear can cause what is referred to as "breaking loose of rear" and you can go *** end into guardrail or wall.
