What is your intended purpose wanting to add these? More air to the aftermarket intakes or just more air to the upper portion of the radiator?

But area in front of that is a high pressure area pushing down on the angled surface of the bumper and if you remove some of that surface area...

Both of these effects would be very minimal to the point of arbitrary in your case.

Anyway, thats my analysis and

Edit/correction: The low pressure area over the hood actually starts AT the top leading edge of most vehicles. So its entirely possible that the area you are proposing putting those ducts is a LOW pressure area
^This. Short answer, very minor effects that can be ignored.

Well that would be an added benefit, but primarily was wondering if it would help keep the nose down ... while I might still add them, I have since turned focus to some sort of dual dive plane at each corner with a partial splitter or a dive plane/canard deal ... adding a 69" Kognition wing to the rear so needing some downforce on the front to offset imaginary fat guys riding on the decklid at higher speeds ...

Agreed on minor effects. My inquisitive mind and stupidity seldom allow me to ignore much that I haven't actually tried first.
