If you're comparing how fast the vehicle is, why would you want to deliberately start that test at such low RPMs that are way below the powerband? 4th gear makes

If you're comparing how fast the vehicle is, why would you want to deliberately start that test at such low RPMs that are way below the powerband? 4th gear makes absolutely no sense IMO. At least in 3rd gear I believe you would be around 4K RPMs at 50 mph.
**note** I am speaking to NA vehicles here, not FI.
