IIRC he pulled as low as 1.80 on his 12.24 pass. And he did that w/ a busted rear diff mount too. 
The best I've pulled is 1.86 w/ the stock potenzas. But soon I'll have a set of RE-11's, just in time for winter.

I would have to agree. There isn't too much more he can do to his car to make it faster. Maybe one or two more modifications but not enough to run 11.9xx IMO.
