You can get to 300F. I was in a 370Z with a pro driver doing demo hot laps and he kept getting pegged at 300 and then limping (2nd limp with more restriction). Trust me, you can get to 300F.
Adam, as we said in person, your girl will settle in. I don't dare post how many miles you have on it during that track day  . I suppose you got about 120mi more on her driving to the track though. Once you get to 3-5kmi, the temps do much better.
