And since its ridiculously hot, keep yourself as cool as possible. The calmer and more alert you are, the less mistake you'll make. I brought my company car filled with water, ice and tools... and when it would get hot, Id jump in and cool myself
 But of course that's not ideal. Also, talk to the guys that know the track, ask them for tips and tricks. I learned a lot from asking.
