There hasn't been a non-sealed bearing on a performance car in decades, so re-packing a bearing is not the cure. Leave that to the old Jeeps.
Odds are you have a caliper slightly hanging up, or a pad/rotor issue. Take the wheels off, remove the calipers and pads. Inspect and clean everything. Could be a glazed pad, a bad rotor, some brake dust buildup or other crud binding something up a little, or just brakes needing to be replaced. OEM pads aren't track pads. I've never seen a wheel bearing 'squeak until warm'. Given the information provided, this is likely a brake issue.
