Our local rule for mods is, most are not looked at that closely until you beat someone who cares.

Agreed. Trust me when I say this, you'll literally see people cheat in front of you. Especially in Street class. They are only cheating themselves. Just do the right thing and when you beat them in your legal car, satisfaction is guaranteed.
