Yes. 20mm or bigger are bolt-on style, with studs. 15mm or smaller is a slip-on, with extended studs.

Correct. Here's the different versions that H&R offers:

DR: Slip-on, no studs included.
DRS: Slip-on, with studs included.
DRM: Bolt-on, includes lug nuts to attach spacer to hub. Spacer has its own studs pressed in.

There's also a version of the DRM spacers that are designed for Euro cars, as well as wheel adapters.
