Sorry to hear Sidz, gl to the pup.

Yeah that older woman and her man pulled up in a BS Sport just as we were walking towards the restaurant. Her car, not his

The food was pretty decent, and those beers were definitely not large enough to truly be called "Man Size." I'm still perturbed that they didn't have Shiner on tap and their self-brewed equivalent was wayyy too sweet to be considered a true alternative.

Looking back I should've manned up and talked to Christy more, but like I said I typically avoid picking up women while they're working. Oh well.

Let's do it again sometime soon fellas

Sounds like it was good it was a small get together. We have a high content wolf-hybrid and he picked up giardia. Not all vets want to deal with hybrids so we had to drive around a few places to get him some meds for the weekend.

Anyway, hope to get together and see some Zs soon.

Had to look it up. No bueno. Growing up we had a wolf/husky/shepherd (over half wolf) and she only lived to be about 10. AWESOME dog in every way, zero issues. I will have one again once I get a house. I may lean towards a husky though. She ended up getting a "twisted stomach" or something and died within a couple hours. :\

We were hoping to see another NISMO out there, but it's all gravy. Gotta take care of the fam!

I'm sorry to hear that.I've heard that there isn't much a vet could do about a twisted stomach. I'm a sucker for huskys, beautiful dogs.

It was a while ago, no worries. What we found was that it was like 3-5G's and the vet would have to be available immediately. Luckily the whole family was home so we just made her as comfortable as possible. Unfortunate, but not much you can do.

I almost adopted one from someone that was mistreating their husky a while back. They wouldn't even let me buy it. *insert racist comment here*

Pack dogs are my fav. You just have to train them and treat them correctly.

He's so afraid of people ( it's in their nature) so that makes it hard to train him. It takes a lot of patience to have him around but he's a good dog.He looks goofy as hell. He has huge paws and ears. He for some reason likes females better therefore making it easy for me to walk him.

I will agree though, pack dogs are my preference also.
