Typical labor rate is 70-90 dollars for basic bolt ons.
Exhaust is probably a 1-2 hour job HFC will add another 1 hour (only 1 hour as it is done with the exhaust making it easier) I would say probably around 300 to 400 for both installed is what I would estimate from a good shop.
