I don't think Kaka is doing a good job, Ronaldinho would've done a much better job in his place... very far from being compared to Messi IMO

cow 06-28-2010 04:08 PM

It's perfectly fine to compare Kaka & Messi, as long as one says, "Kaka is not on Messi's level."

I'm going to have to agree with you on this, but Kaka has been nowhere close to form

DannyGT 06-28-2010 05:02 PM

Again, my teams are as follows, Portugal>Brazil>USA, but I will admit, Kaka isnt on Messi's level during this WC yet. Hasnt had much time to shine really. But they definitily looked strong today. Should have been 4-0. Either way, BR has a better overall team than 'tina and if elan comes back its a wrap.

I'll be at church tonight praying for port tomorrow, LOL.

shoopajae10 06-29-2010 01:43 PM

Spain is surely putting some pressure on the left side

G37Sam 06-29-2010 02:21 PM

Portugal's more dangerous

Arsenal transfer news: Cesc Fabregas says he may not join Barcelona after all - News - MirrorFootball.co.uk

thoughts, Gunners?

Red370 07-01-2010 07:32 AM

Because he realizes that Barca will be exactly like the national team, riding the pine behind Iniesta and Xavi, hes the f'in Captain of ARSENAL for christ sakes, anyone who would trade that spot for a seat on the woody is a fucktard.

:iagree:, don't know wtf he was thinking with moving to Barca. he is far from being at Xavi/Iniesta's level.

DannyGT 07-01-2010 09:26 AM

LOL, Cow your such a hater, who's your team again? The pt/spain match was solid they just got a lucky bounce back and thats that. I wont lie, I'm a bit bitter because I wanted them to win so bad but, thats soccer. Offense was stifled at times but pt was on what a 9 game streak without allowing a single goal? I'm proud of them. They had a much tougher journey than say Brasil who I feel is on the easier side tournament.

Anyway, I'm part Brazilian too so I have them to fall back on.

Red370 07-01-2010 10:42 AM

I just pre-ordered the new Arsenal kit, got the long sleeved one with the Barclays logo and CL logo on the sleeves with v. Persie on the back, im f'in pumped. And it came with a free Arsenal polo, woooyeah.

Red370 07-01-2010 10:43 AM

buy this now.

Arsenal - Adult Home LS Shirt 10/11 H86822A

wow, I totally sound like spam. I love the cuffed sleeves though, nice touch.

m4a1mustang 07-01-2010 10:51 AM

My boss is a HUGE Arsenal fan (he flies over for the games all the time) but he would never buy any of their gear with the Fly Emirates on it. lol.

yep i'm for it too...expensive stuff, mitigated by the free polo shirt ^_^ bad idea that i put fabregas on it? :ugh2:

i do wish they would keep the "Fly Emirates" to where they put it on the jackets, but i think that'd be out of the question right now...they gotta show the sponsorship lol

Ha, I miss the old Dreamcast ones :icon17:

the kit came out to $98 bucks w/o shipping, not too far off for what a custom one costs at eurosport, and they dont have the long sleeve option or CL logo:tup:

and I'll take "Fly Emirates" over "Chang" any day haha, stupid toffees.

phelan 07-01-2010 11:03 AM

yeah that's what i'm stoked about, i love the long sleeve jerseys

Red370 07-01-2010 11:07 AM

now im trying to justify spending $200 on a new pair of Predators...
