If he can't control his players, show leadership on the field, then he isn't fit to play. I believe that if they started at least with a new qb they would be in a better situation.

I agree they need a lot of rebuilding, doesn't mean I'm not going to be optimistic every week lol. It needs to start with Jerry Jones and work it's way down. I do believe with a better management staff in place they can do better with the players they have.
