I would still love to see Silva vs GSP before he retires. I think Silva would win, but it would be a great fight.

I can't stand shogun. don't know why either. just don't enjoy watching him. For a period of time I loved watching lyoto because he was so different.

For me Shogun's fights are a hit or miss. When he's at his best, I love the way he fights. At other times he just looks sloppy and out of shape. I think he could have done better against Jones, but his fight against Henderson was amazing. I really thought he had won that last fight, but it was a close one.

Love Machida for his Karate.

When he takes it seriously, I think Silva is nearly unbeatable, he's just a freak of nature. GSP is the most technically sound, but if someone could get a solid shot on his chin I think he could go down; connecting is another story. We'll see how he is when he comes back. Bones Jones is still developing, but I'm glad we might finally have a true champion in that class.

I like Machida's fighting style as well and was kind of hoping he would beat Jones. After the Jake Shields fight, GSP doesn't seem to be quite as dominant as I thought he was before. I know he tried to put on a little weight for that fight and it did seem to slow him down enough that he wasn't at his best.

It's scary when you think about how good Jon Jones can get with more experience considering he's still relatively early in his MMA career. If anyone has a chance to be as dominant as Anderson Silva has been, it is definitely him. He does seem to come off as really "fake" and arrogant, which I don't like, but as a fighter he is simply amazing.

Yeah, Machida had Jones in the first round, I was hoping he'd pull it out too. I worry about GSP, I think he might be on the downhill with his injury.

Definitely agree with you on Jones, he has incredible potential. I'm not sure about him as a person. I thought he seemed awesome, but the DUI certainly didn't help...

I'm interested in seeing how GSP does coming back from his injury as well.

Like I posted in here earlier, he doesn't carry himself like a respected champion should. He seems to be the only current UFC champion with these issues. He's making the news for getting his DUI where as another rising star in JDS is doing the same for bringing a poor kid from Brazil to watch his fight in the US. I may like Jones fighting style better, but I respect JDS as a champion much more.
