No one is going to know you have test pipes. They are suppose to check if you have a CEL when you get your inspection sticker, but Baton Rouge is

No one is going to know you have test pipes. They are suppose to check if you have a CEL when you get your inspection sticker, but Baton Rouge is the only place i know of that really enforces that rule.
