just one incident like this COULD be devastating to a small company like that.
BBB already filed, google.com/yelp.com/yp.com reviews already done. Didn't think about the ad but i'm pretty sure that next. I wonder how much a full page ad costs in the Baker paper.
I forgot I have a few URL's I could use too. and just get me some good ol google analytics going.
