well at least now i know why i dont see those MTBE warnings on the outside of the gas pumps anymore lol...kinda funny though that if the "leaking into the water supply" claim is true, why did the rest of the country not adopt the non-MTBE lower octane mix?

Just realize that to get lets say 93, you'll be buying a lot of 100

The articles explain it. Thanks. The search is over so I'll be stuck with 91 in CA.
