If any so Cal member knows any shop that can build a circuit for evo r flash kit

Basically flash 3 times then solid on
And within 10 secs after stepping on brakes the light just comes on solid (instead of flashing)
Then after the 10 sec the circuit will allow the brake to flash again.
There's a YouTube video. Need to find it but he has that configuration and its awesome.
Found out that cannot be done unless set up on a circuit/diode

State of CA does not allow any more than 3 brake flashes. So any help would be great!

I have a friend in Maryland that used to build/design test circuits at NASA.... This sound like it would be pretty simple for him to figure out. I will ask him about it when get home from his vacation.

Maybe he can build a couple prototypes, or provide some plans anyone with a bit of soldering skills can build.

I'll let you know...

Slightly off topic, but is there a way to lower the brightness for the standard fog light? I need a simple solution so I don't piss off people behind me when it's a clear night and still have it function when it really does get "foggy" or raining. I currently have it wired to the license plate frame, so it's pretty much on when the lights are on. So basically, my thoughts were to get a switch of some kind or apply a tint to the lens so its not so bright. The later would kind of diminish some of its intended functionality however.

I've got this feature on my center brake light. It was a pre assembled unit that was under thirty bucks delivered. I can't remember the vendor, I'll check my receipt file and post the information tomorrow.

Ok, video is a problem as I struggle to upload simple photos.

At the time I got mine they offered (as I recall) three models, constant flash, flash three times then constant, and flash three times then constant with an 8-10 second delay on the flash only (constant always works) on a second brake application. The idea on the last one is if you are in stop and go traffic the triple flash isn't going off (in the face of the driver behind you) on repeated, quick, brake applications. I got the third one. I connected it to the hatch mounted stoplight but you can hook it up just about any way that you want. It's self powered, no separate power source is required. The flash feature looks "normal and natural" if that makes sense, my wife even liked it.

Looks very simple....

Here are the instructions for using it with your 3rd break light.

But not sure if there are any modifications to the circuit you'd need to make if you where taping into your break light wires to run this with the fog light... Anyone have advice on that?

Very easy to install. If you've done any mods you should be able to do this one easily.

The $29.22 price was a delivered price. Parts were $23.95 and shipping was $5.27 for a total of $29.22.

Installation is cut and clip, super easy.
