I hate to admit, but this guy is local to me. He's in Jacksonville and I've seen his car around before. I have no idea what purpose those bars do. I was just in the Phillipines last year I didnt even see Jeepneys with those bars on it.

If you're interested, here's a couple pics of his sub box he's selling. Well at least he's consistent on his style.

If it makes you feel better, maybe email him on his craigslist ad as to why he has those bars on his car!
