You need a bigger front bar, but with all the new found traction up front you probably need a smaller rear bar. Go full stiff on the front and full soft on the rear bar and see how that works.

If you slid into a curb you might be ok. Those parts are designed to fail to protect the chassis. Hopefully the axle is ok too.

It's hard to tell in the pic but I think they are only on the banking for 1 actual turn, the other 2 banked turns they are on the flat side.

I know your seat is close to the bar but have you considered a seat back brace at all? Those aluminum seats have more flex than you might want without it.

I believe the spindle is designed to fail at that point once it's maximum stress load is exceeded. No one makes a race spec spindle...
