yah, i dont HD radio either. i tried it a few years ago on another car and it was just a mess with signal completely muting when weak unlike FM radio where the volume just weakens or buzz a little...

hummm...does it work with the wireless remote that comes with the pioneer?

not sure but you might have wired up the harness incorrectly. you say you have a 2013, the 2009-2012 are wired...

do you have access (axxess) installed? try unplugging it and doing a hard reset. might help to remove the fuse and put it back in on the HU, but your system is turning on, so i think it might be...
