Yeah bushing. Dealer should replace it under warranty. It's a known issue on the Z's, I had mine replaced with aftermarket parts.

Normal for the noise in neutral. I would say normal for the "clunk" noise when braking or possibly your rear axles need lubricating, it's kinda hard to pinpoint.
