Yea, so, in other words, basically impossible. I wound up buying a Garmin in the US (important step as GPS units in Europe / UK are way more expensive) and downloading Euro Maps for it.

That's true. Navteq does not offer updates for Nissan HDD nav systems. This is because the Euro model Zs all have a disk based nav system - different from US model Z cars. I don't know about UK Zs....
