Streaming Stereo Bluetooth A2DP??

I've heard you can stream audio via bluetooth from a phone or mp3 with the Z. Anyone know how to do this?

Not sure that'll work... I have the nav, and it doesn't seem to support anything except for phone audio via bt. Not that I've tried to fight it. But the audio menus don't have anything for bt source.

if it was me and I _REALLY_ wanted stereo bt, the nav comes with a/v (yes video.. but it only works after you defeat the 'in park' interlocks or aren't moving) and ipod inputs. The a/v's are rca, the audio section works all the time.

buy this, and pair with it, and usb charge it from the plug that's in there. And buy a stereo mini plug to rca cable.
If you don't have the nav, I *think* that the one that comes with the bberry adaptor will work.

This is simple. Here’s what you do – at least for the nav cars

1. Pair your phone with your car in the Bluetooth settings
2. Install winamp on your phone (android devices)
3. if you own a apple product find a lake and skip it across – seek counseling and buy and android phone.
4. Select Bluetooth audio as your audio source on the car’s stereo
5. Open winamp on your phone and select menu
6. Check the box “control headset”
7. Play your music through the cars speakers via Bluetooth.

I am pretty sure this is only supported on 2010+ models. I have a 2009 and it does not work, nor does downloading a full phonebook from your phone to your nav.

It works on my 2010 Touring with Bose, I found it out by chance when I just ended a call through bluetooth and had music playing in the background of the phone which came through the bluetooth as soon as the call dropped.

Great instructions. Funny though, the iPhone DOES support A2DP contrary to popular belief.
