Check to see that your brake pads are inserted correctly. The metal shim scraping against the rotor will make this noise. I, sadly, know this from personal experience.

If you are getting misfires to a specific cylinder, it's either the spark plug or the ignition coil.

FWIW, when an ignition coil goes bad you will know. Your engine will run incredibly rough.

Agreed. Ignition coils do not all fail at once. When a coil fails, you will get a misfire in a specific cylinder.

It sounds like the MAF or the O2 sensors.
