Will it ever be possible to make over 350 wheel horse power N/A , what do you think restricts the engine itself from making over that much?

There are a few that CLAIM a bit more and only the crazy expensive builds that truly do. All a turbo or supercharger does is cram more air into the motor. So to make more power in an NA application is by allowing more air into it by increasing your redline and/or displacement.
