Yeah could be a difference in the terms in the UK , drop links , end links , anti roll bar stabiliser links , all the same thing , very common problem on the 350/370 and cheap enough , stock is fine

I think 12 hours would be a rushed job

You should go to the tuner you trust for work like this in my opinion.

Without the cooler it runs at 190-200 which is totally fine , you want the oil to get up to a decent temperature from time to time, too cool...
