so $575 - 15% is about $488 i'm saving $86 on a license that cost me $300? well $600 with the tuner kit i got but regardless. am i missing

i'm saving $86 on a license that cost me $300? well $600 with the tuner kit i got but regardless.

am i missing something here? typically a $600 tune is $300 for license cost (pending the shops cost. some get them cheaper being dealers etc...) and $300 for dyno time and tune right?
