I just bought myself a Panasonic DMC-FZ35............ DSLR would be too much for me. I'm looking forward to learning the manual capabilities with it though.

I read up and refreshed my memory today on aperture, shutter speed, and ISO............ so I can use some of the cameras manual capabilities. It got good ratings for a "bridge" camera. One thing I intend to do is also take pics with the "intelligent auto" setting, then study the "choices" IA made............. re-take the shot manually and mess with the settings so I can learn firsthand how they all effect each other. Thanks for the offer

I love the 100-400, I definitely want to get one soon for track stuff. I'd recommend the 70-200 to anyone, mine hardly comes off my 40d ![]() -Jeremy
